This last episode is me demoing the lesson about taking agency to the next level.
I am teaching your kiddos the four ways we deal with our feelings rated worst to best. Then on the final step I’m showing them exactly how to stop trying to make change that feels so uncomfortable and hard. Changing our behavior and trying to act in our lives, instead of re-acting, doesn’t have to be so hard when we start with agency over our feelings first!
